Key Responsibilities:
- Develop trusted advisor relationships within sales teams
- Implement measurable OKR-tied performance metrics
- Set coaching rhythms to surface trends
- Manage onboarding for all sales roles
- Collaborate across functions to enhance effectiveness
Requirements:
- 5+ years of sales enablement experience
- Track record of aligning programs with revenue outcomes
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Strong leadership abilities to mentor teams
- Proficiency in sales methodologies and AI tools
