New Vehicle Director

We are seeking an extraordinary, high-energy New Car Director to lead our luxury automotive sales for Maserati and Alfa Romeo
. As the primary brand ambassador, you will be responsible for driving new vehicle sales, championing the heritage and passion of Italian performance engineering, and establishing a prestigious market presence for both brands.

This is not just a traditional sales role—it is a brand-building position. You will actively network with high-net-worth individuals, local businesses, luxury lifestyle partners, and community influencers to build brand awareness, generate high-value leads, and convert prospects into loyal brand enthusiasts.

Serve as the official face and expert voice for Maserati and Alfa Romeo within the dealership and the local market.

Embody Italian luxury automotive heritage, delivering an exceptional white-glove customer experience.

Ensure strict adherence to OEM brand standards, showroom aesthetics, and digital representation.

Design and execute outbound networking strategies targeting high-net-worth individuals, executive networks, and luxury lifestyle groups.

Cultivate B2B partnerships and attend premium local events (e.g., golf tournaments, charity galas, private luxury showcases) to elevate brand visibility.

Organize exclusive client appreciation events, private test-drive experiences, and new vehicle launch unveilings.

The ambassador for delivering new vehicle sales for Maserati and Alfa Romeo to achieve and exceed monthly and annual volume/profitability goals.

Manage high-end client pipelines and customer portfolios.

Maintain a deep, competitive understanding of luxury automotive trends, luxury competitors, and market dynamics.

Maintain an elite level of Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores as mandated by the manufacturers.

Handle complex client interactions with tact, discretion, and executive-level professionalism.

Experience: Minimum 2+ years of successful automotive sales experience, preferably within the luxury automotive sector (experience with European/exotic brands preferred).

Networking Track Record: Proven ability to build business relationships, network in affluent circles, and drive business through community engagement.

Brand Passion: A genuine enthusiasm for performance vehicles, automotive engineering, and luxury brand storytelling.

Communication: Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal presentation skills. The ability to speak Italian is preferred but not required.

Licensing: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and valid sales permit.

Competitive Compensation: Uncapped commissions with a target annual earnings range of $100,000-$200,000+
