Sales & Reception Coordinator Position

Elevate the client experience as a Sales & Reception Coordinator with Hear CANADA in Vanier, Ontario. This full-time role merges client care with sales, ensuring quality service and satisfaction.

As part of Hear CANADA's team, the Client Care Coordinator will assist with administrative and sales duties, providing individualized attention to clients. You will work to manage the clinic’s schedule, enhance client journeys through personalized recommendations, and participate in community outreach. Your bilingual skills will play a crucial role in connecting with diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personalized service and inquiries

• Manage scheduling and ensure follow-up procedures are met

• Make informed product recommendations to improve sales

Requirements:

• At least 2 years in a customer-focused role

• Comfortable in sales and product promotion

• Strong English communication skills, with French preferred

• Valid driver’s license and availability for local travel
