Lead the advancement of genetic solutions for the cattle industry with Alta Genetics in Western Canada. This role focuses on operational execution while enhancing client engagement through effective communication.

As the Custom Collection Manager, you will strategically manage the execution of beef genetic services aimed at seedstock producers. This position involves collaboration across various teams to drive revenue growth and ensure a seamless customer experience. You will be a vital link between producers and internal teams focused on innovation and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement go-to-market strategies for genetic services

• Manage sales pipeline and identify cross-selling opportunities

• Coordinate collection logistics and scheduling with teams

• Provide tailored communication to clients regarding services

• Ensure accurate financial coordination with Finance team

Requirements:

• Strong background in Canadian beef industry

• Demonstrated sales and account management experience

• Proficient in managing client relationships effectively

• Highly organized individual with attention to detail

• Eligible for seasonal travel up to 50%
