About the Opportunity
Staffmax is recruiting for an established and growing company specializing in commercial HVAC and Building Controls.
We’re looking for a relationship-focused Service Sales Manager who can develop new business, manage existing accounts, and grow recurring service contracts throughout the Winnipeg market.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with HVAC or controls experience who enjoys building long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities
Develop new commercial service opportunitiesManage existing customer accountsSell preventative maintenance and service agreementsPrepare proposals and quotationsBuild relationships with building owners, contractors, and facility managersIdentify opportunities for additional servicesWork closely with technicians and ownershipGrow recurring service revenueQualifications
Experience in HVAC, Building Controls, Mechanical Services, or Building AutomationBackground in Service Sales, Account Management, or Technical Sales preferredStrong communication and relationship-building skillsSelf-motivated with excellent organizational skillsValid driver’s licenceCandidates with a technical HVAC or Controls background looking to transition into sales are encouraged to apply.
