All Pro is hiring an HVAC Comfort Advisor to enhance customer satisfaction through tailored HVAC solutions. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years in sales, preferably with in-home or B2C experience. Strong communication skills and the ability to navigate multiple software systems are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct in-home evaluations to assess HVAC systems
• Explain HVAC product features and benefits to customers
• Maintain records of customer interactions in CRM
• Collaborate with installation teams for project execution
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience
• HVAC experience is a plus but not required
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Decision-making abilities and software navigation skills
• Comfortable meeting with potential customers for sales
