The Opportunity:
We are working with our client, a growing instrumentation solution provider within Western Canada - a representative and integrator backed by top tier OEM's.
This role is responsible for leading product, solution, and service sales for a territory focused on Southern Saskatchewan . The successful candidate will be located in this area and shall represent the organization with professionalism and integrity while driving sustainable growth, building long-term relationships, and expanding market presence.
This position operates with a high level of autonomy and plays a key role in executing the company’s mission, vision, and values in the field.
Key Responsibilities
Own and grow the territory through consultative sales of products, solutions, and services
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
Develop and execute territory plans, budgets, forecasts, and market analysis
Prepare and deliver technical and commercial presentations and proposals
Coordinate and manage internal and external resources to support customer projects
Maintain accurate and timely CRM, call reports, pipeline tracking, and project documentation
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences
Develop and maintain strong technical knowledge of the company’s product and service portfolio
Act as a professional ambassador of the organization to customers, partners, and industry stakeholders
Qualifications & Experience
3+ years of relevant industry experience;
Sales experience preferred
Technical background with post-secondary education preferred
Strong ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams
Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented
Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-growing environment with evolving priorities
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
