Position: Residential Outside Sales Representative at telMAX
Become a part of telMAX as a Residential Outside Sales Representative in Southern Ontario. In this face-to-face role, you’ll drive new customer acquisition by showcasing our leading internet, TV, and home phone services.

This role focuses on generating residential customers through proactive engagement within assigned neighborhoods. You will quickly build rapport with homeowners and identify their unique needs. No telecommunications experience is required, as we prioritize confidence, resilience, and a strong work ethic for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct face-to-face residential sales in assigned areas

• Introduce homeowners to telMAX’s services

• Build rapport and recommend suitable solutions

• Actively canvass neighborhoods for new business

• Record customer interactions and sales activities accurately

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Confidence in direct sales and in-person engagement

• Ability to track sales accurately using CRM systems

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
