If you possess 3+ years of industry experience and are ready to transition from a large firm to a more agile and empowering environment, this is your chance to thrive. Your mission will be to find new clients and design personalized group benefit solutions to fit their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage with potential business clients

• Turn talks into successful business opportunities

• Design and present group benefits strategies

• Manage long-term relationships through onboarding and renewals

• Collaborate with internal and external teams to complete deals

Requirements:

• 3+ years of employee benefits or group insurance experience

• Life & A&S license in your home province

• CEBS or GBA designation is beneficial

• Strong communicator simplifying benefits discussions

• Thrive in a results-driven, competitive environment
