Data Administrator, Sales & Order Entry
Position Summary
The Sales Business Data Specialist is the recommended initial unified Sales domain role responsible for three integrated capabilities:
Sales data stewardship, controlled Sales domain data administration, and reporting and analytics liaison. The role supports Sales Basic Data, Master Data, and Operational / Transactional Data within and around IFS, including customer agreements, sales parts and catalogues, price lists, customer agreements, order‑entry‑related data, and the data definitions that support quoting, invoicing, and Sales reporting.
The role should be positioned within the Sales domain, reporting to Director of Sales Technology, with dotted‑line enablement from the D&A CoE for governance standards, data quality, reporting intake, validation evidence, and data load/promotion controls. Product Configuration / CTO‑CPQ administration remains a specialized capability governed separately through Product Configuration / CTO‑CPQ leadership.
