Production Geologist Grade Control Focus

Join a dynamic team as a Production Geologist, responsible for effective grade control and underground sampling. This role requires collaboration with engineering and mining departments while working on a 14 days on, 14 days off schedule.

We are looking for a motivated Production Geologist reporting to the Senior Production Geologist. You will optimize grade control, perform lithology and mineralogy modeling, and interpret geological data for operational efficiency. A key part of your role includes managing delineation drilling programs and reporting.

• Provide grade control for the underground mine
• Perform mapping and sampling of underground headings
• Liaise with Engineering to optimize operational efficiency
• Manage and interpret geological data
• Log diamond drill core when needed

• 4-year
  
  B.Sc. degree in Geology or equivalent
• 2-5 years of relevant experience preferred
• Knowledge of Deswik and Acquire software
• Robust analytical and communication skills
• Ability to lift and carry up to 55 lbs
