Take your geological expertise to the next level with IAMGOLD as a Senior Geologist. This role emphasizes exploration strategies, 3D geological modeling, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

IAMGOLD seeks an experienced Senior Geologist to drive exploration target generation and resource growth. You will work closely with the District Exploration Manager, contributing to drill planning and mineral resource estimation. Your role requires high-quality data interpretation, ensuring adherence to corporate objectives while fostering exploration excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Generate exploration targets through advanced geological analysis
Develop robust 3D geological models using Leapfrog
Collaborate with exploration teams on effective strategies
Conduct data collection and interpretation for mineral resources
Support drill planning based on geological insights

Requirements

University degree in Geology or related field
10 to 12 years of exploration experience
Expertise in 3D geological modeling
Bilingual in English and French preferred
Membership in a recognized skilled association
