Contaminated Site Environmental Scientist

Position: Contaminated Site Environmental Scientist Role
Join our dedicated team as an Intermediate Environmental Scientist and impact contaminated site assessment and remediation across the Prairies & North. Your field expertise will facilitate effective environmental management in diverse landscapes.

In this role, you'll lead Phase I-III Environmental Site Assessments and manage field sampling programs for soil, water, and sediment. You'll analyze results to inform remediation strategies and risk assessments while preparing technical reports that guide environmental decision-making. Work closely with teams of hydro geologists and engineers to support successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver Phase I-III Environmental Site Assessments

• Plan and conduct soil and water sampling

• Analyze data for contamination pathways

• Collaborate on remediation strategy design

• Prepare clear, defensible technical reports

Requirements:

• 3–6 years in contaminated sites investigation or remediation

• Strong field experience in remote areas

• Knowledge of sampling methods and data management

• Familiarity with relevant regulations across Prairie provinces

• Comfort with environmental data interpretation tools
