• Formulate and execute crop management plans meticulously

Requirements:

• 8+ years of relevant experience in horticulture

• Degree in horticulture, plant science, or similar

• Experience in team management and operational planning

• Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Office

• Ability to work without direct supervision
