Seed Technician

Location:
Winnipeg, Manitoba, CAN R3T 6E3

Duration: 3 Months

Hours per Week: 32 to 40, dependent of business needs (Monday to Friday), Sometimes on Saturdays(Overtime)

Description:

• Seeking Seed Technicians (Inventory Team) to work for the breeding organization. The successful candidate will assist in many aspects of seed package and shipment.
• Respirator Fit Test is Required
• This role is based in the Smart Park location, 900-One Research Road, or Trait Integration facility, 580 Berry St. Winnipeg, Manitoba.

Responsibilities:

• Packaging and sub-sampling treated Canola seed.
• Labeling, organization, sorting, sequencing, and scanning of seed samples and inventory.
• Adhering to company safety rules and standard operating procedures
• Performing highly repetitive tasks with consistency and accuracy.
