In this senior technician role, you will take charge of managing and executing Phase II Environmental Site Assessments. Your responsibilities will include supervising drilling, overseeing soil and groundwater sampling, and maintaining meticulous documentation. Promoting safety in all aspects of the field is paramount as you coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Phase II site assessment and remediation tasks
• Supervise subcontractors during field operations
• Conduct groundwater and soil sampling rigorously
• Document field observations and sampling results
• Build the capabilities of junior staff through mentorship
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in environmental science or similar
• A minimum of 1 year in field program supervision
• Familiarity with QA/QC and sample management protocols
• Valid driver's license for extensive travel
