Skilled Construction Labourer

We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Skilled Labourer to join our team. Project locations range from Southeastern Manitoba to Winnipeg and the surrounding area. As a Skilled Labourer, you will be an essential part of our construction team, helping to ensure that projects run smoothly and efficiently.

Job Type: Permanent, Hourly

• Assisting with site preparation and clean‑up
• Loading and unloading materials
• Operating construction tools and equipment
• Digging, lifting, and carrying heavy materials
• Supporting skilled tradespeople as needed
• Following all safety protocols and procedures
• Miscellaneous framing, door and window installation
• Demolition and finish carpentry
• Maintaining a clean and organized work site

• Minimum 3 years construction or finish carpentry experience is required
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for long
  periods
• Understand and interpret blueprints
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Capable of working effectively both in a team and independently
• Strong attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license (Class 5 or better)
• Skid steer experience preferred but not required
