Our Winnipeg, MB branch is currently looking for an experienced Fire Alarm Service Technician to join their team!
As our Fire Alarm Service Representative, you will be required to perform duties of maintenance, inspections and repairs on fire alarm, fire extinguisher, emergency lighting systems and other life safety systems as required.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will ensure that the highest standard of system reliability and client satisfaction are metPerform verifications on fire alarm systemsComplete work orders and report in a timely fashionOn-call for emergency service calls/workAct as liaison between customer & TroyUnderstand and practice applicable ULC, CSA and Canadian Electrical codes and standards which apply to their areaQualifications
CFAA Certification requiredTwo years of community college in electronics is desired, or equivalent training or work experience will be an asset3-5 years previous training/experience in fire alarm systemsExperience programming alarm systems (Edwards programming preferred)Proficient in the use of computersMust possess a valid driver’s license and have a clean driving recordExceptional customer service skills and organizational skillsSalary Range: $64,389 - $80,476.50 annually
