Red Seal Shop Foreman/Technician

We’re growing and looking to add an experienced Red Seal Shop Foreman to lead and turn wrenches with our crew in Winkler, MB. If you’re a hands-on leader who takes pride in quality work, thrives in a fast-paced shop, and wants to be part of building something special—read on.

What You’ll Do:

· Diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel trucks and equipment.

· Support, coach, and supervise technicians in the shop.

· Manage workflow, assign jobs, and ensure repairs are done right and on time.

· Communicate clearly with the service advisor and ownership team.

· Lead by example—on the floor, on the tools, and in your attitude.

What We’re Looking For:

· Red Seal Certification in Heavy Duty or Truck & Transport Mechanic.

· Proven experience diagnosing and repairing diesel equipment.

· Strong leadership and communication skills.

· Organized, dependable, and committed to excellence.

· Willing to roll up your sleeves and get to work—every day.
