  • Fit, braze, and torch-straighten metal components.
  • Operate drill presses and arc-air (AOC) cutting tools.
  • Select appropriate filler rods and perform post-weld heat treatment.

  • Contribute to a safe and efficient work environment by supporting continuous improvement practices.
Qualified candidates will possess the following skills/qualities:

  • Welding certification from a recognized institution is an asset.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in MIG and TIG welding (steel and aluminum).
  • Ability to read blueprints and interpret weld symbols.
  • Experience in operating fabrication tools and equipment.
  • May be required to attend customer workplaces (driver’s license is an asset).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Physical ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or 5S practices is an asset.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexible, proactive, and willing to take on additional tasks as needed.
What we have to offer:

  • Enjoy peace of mind with paid vacation and sick time, taking care of your well-being.
  • Take advantage of comprehensive benefits, including a health spending account and RRSP matching program, life insurance and disability program.
