Experienced Roofer Position

Become part of the roofing team as an Experienced Roofer in Winnipeg, Manitoba. This full-time seasonal role involves installing and maintaining roofs on residential buildings while adhering to safety protocols.

The ideal candidate will possess a secondary school graduation certificate and have completed a fall arrest protection training course. Physical presence at job sites is mandatory as remote work is not supported. Experience in roofing is preferred to manage tasks effectively and ensure high-quality installations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and replace various types of roofing materials

• Conduct repairs on existing roofs as needed

• Supervise 1-4 colleagues on the job site

• Set up and dismantle scaffolding for safe access

• Ensure compliance with safety standards at all times

Requirements:

• Completion of high school education necessary

• Previous roofing experience considered an asset

• Must complete fall arrest protection course

• Valid driver’s license and transportation required

• Ability to perform physically intensive labor
