Paramount Services Ltd. is seeking a Commercial Equipment Service Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you'll service, repair, install, and maintain a variety of commercial food service and kitchen equipment for customers throughout Winnipeg and the surrounding area.

Whether your experience comes from appliance repair, HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, industrial maintenance, or mechanical service, we want to hear from you.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial food service equipment and appliances.
• Service commercial cooking equipment, beverage systems, holding equipment, and related systems.
• Install and commission new equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation.
• Perform preventative maintenance inspections and repairs.
• Use diagnostic tools, meters, gauges, hand tools, and power tools to identify and resolve issues.
• Complete service reports and communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Travel to customer locations to perform service work.
• Participate in ongoing technical and manufacturer training.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in equipment repair, appliance service, HVAC, refrigeration, electrical work, automotive diagnostics, industrial maintenance, or a related technical field.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical information and service manuals.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, dependable, and organized.
• Ability to safely lift and move equipment and components.

• Commercial kitchen or food service equipment experience.
• Refrigeration certification.
• Gas appliance experience.
• Electrical apprenticeship or journeyperson background.
• Previous field service experience.
