Body Repair Technician (Red Seal)
Reporting Relationship:
This position reports directly to the Operations Manager.
The Body Repair Technician is responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicles to their pre‑accident condition. This role involves assessing vehicle damage, repairing or replacing damaged body panels, straightening frames, performing metalwork, preparing surfaces for painting, and ensuring all repairs meet safety and quality standards. The technician uses specialized tools and equipment to complete repairs efficiently while following manufacturer specifications and workplace safety procedures.
The position collaborates with estimators, painters, and other automotive professionals to deliver high‑quality repairs and ensure customer satisfaction. Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving skills, and knowledge of automotive repair techniques are essential for success.
- High volume shop with above‑average hours for technicians

- ICAR GOLD class professionals
- Licensed Red Seal Certified Body Technician is preferred
- Technician Level 4 are welcome to apply
