In your role as a Summer Painter, you’ll engage in hands-on tasks like surface prep, priming, and meticulous painting. The job is active and physical, with projects taking place primarily during the day. Most work will involve outdoor projects, allowing you to build a diverse set of skills in a structured work environment designed for growth and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces thoroughly before painting

• Apply paint and primer accurately for quality results

• Manage clean-up operations post-job completion

• Work collaboratively with a small team on-site

• Navigate ladders safely while performing duties

Requirements:

• Must have a vehicle for job site access

• Full-time availability from May through August

• Comfortable working in a range of weather conditions

• Willingness to learn, no prior painting experience needed

• Ability to lift and carry equipment effectively
