Job Overview

We are seeking skilled and dependable Roofers to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining roofing systems on residential and commercial buildings. This role requires a strong understanding of roofing materials and techniques, as well as the ability to work safely  Roofer will play a vital part in ensuring our projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards of quality.

• Install new roofing systems using various materials such as shingles, metal, or membrane roofing.
• Repair or replace damaged roofs, ensuring proper sealing and waterproofing.
• Use hand tools and power tools to cut, shape, and secure roofing materials.
• Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely to ensure effective workflow.
• Apply caulking and sealants to prevent leaks and improve insulation.
• Conduct inspections of completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and debris removal after each project.
• Adhere to safety protocols at all times, including the use of personal protective equipment.

• Proven experience with construction, carpentry, or handyman work is preferred.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, caulking guns, and other roofing equipment.
• Physical strength and stamina for heavy lifting and working at heights for extended periods.
• Knowledge of safety procedures specific to roofing and construction sites.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various weather conditions.

Full-time, Seasonal Contract length: 12 months

$30.00-$40.00 per hour
