This role is perfect for those with a high school diploma and two years of hands-on furniture repair experience. You'll inspect items for repair needs, restore furniture using various techniques, and support customers with in-home repairs. Success in this position requires good communication skills, computer literacy, and adherence to safe work practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect furniture for repair necessities and parts replacement
• Restore damaged furniture to like-new condition
• Provide friendly in-home repair support to guests
• Document service reports and manage inventory control
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service vehicle
Requirements:
• High School diploma with 2 years repair experience
• Proficiency in upholstery and wood refinishing
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License with clean abstract
• Comfortable lifting 50 – 100 pounds
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
