We are seeking a skilled Appliance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of household and commercial appliances. The Appliance Technician plays a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering reliable and efficient appliance repair services.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot appliance issues using schematics and technical manuals
• Perform repairs on various appliances, including washers, dryers, refrigerators, ovens
• Install, assemble, and test appliances to ensure proper functionality
• Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repair processes and maintenance tips to clients
• Maintain accurate records of repairs performed and parts used
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
• Order parts and supplies as needed to complete repairs efficiently
• Stay updated on new appliance models, repair techniques, and industry standards

• Proven electrical experience with the ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams
• Mechanical knowledge related to appliance components and systems
• Prior appliance repair experience is highly preferred
• Robust customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
• Knowledge of systems and assembly processes is a plus
• Ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues efficiently
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is preferred
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Relevant certifications or technical training in appliance repair are advantageous
