We are searching for an experienced Roofer with 2 to 3 years in the industry. You will focus on built-up roofing systems, asphalt shingles, and single-ply membranes. The role includes supervising others and applying waterproof coatings while maintaining safety protocols; teamwork and attention to detail are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install built-up roofing systems with asphalt saturated felts

• Replace shingles and tiles on sloped roofs

• Read blueprints for specific project requirements

• Supervise and guide fellow roofing team members

• Repair and maintain existing roofing systems

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of roofing experience required

• High school graduation certificate necessary

• Capability to work at heights outdoors

• Strong hand-eye coordination and physical agility

• Familiarity with different roofing materials preferred
