We are looking for a Building Operator in North York to deliver essential maintenance services. This full‑time position focuses on preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of building systems and equipment.

In the role of Building Operator, you will engage in various maintenance tasks across Wood Green properties. Your expertise in mechanical, plumbing, and carpentry will be vital for keeping our buildings in optimal condition. You will be responsible for inspecting systems and collaborating with professionals to ensure quality service delivery.

• Carry out preventive and emergency maintenance on all building systems.
• Operate various mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Inspect equipment and report problems accurately.
• Work with contractors for repairs and improvements.
• Execute tasks related to plumbing and carpentry as needed.

• Completion of secondary school with a technician qualification.
• Experience in maintaining large buildings.
• Valid Province of Ontario Class “G” Driver’s License.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve building issues.
