In this pivotal position, report directly to the Floor Manager. You will handle diverse maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical work, and landscaping. Your contributions directly improve the safety and satisfaction of residents, maintaining the aesthetics of shared spaces and homes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct general repairs on fixtures and paint jobs

• Assist in small renovations like cabinetry upgrades

• Maintain tools and equipment for safe operation

• Perform snow removal and prepare for winter seasons

• Provide friendly support to residents during maintenance requests

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required

• Prior maintenance experience is preferred

• Strong physical stamina for manual tasks

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• WHMIS certification is a plus
