Join Movati Athletic as a Facilities Technician and play a crucial part in delivering an exceptional fitness experience. Your role will focus on ensuring our facilities are clean and functional for our members.
As a Facilities Technician, your responsibilities will encompass both preventive maintenance and repairs across various systems, including HVAC and plumbing. This position is vital for maintaining the club's luxurious workplace and providing members with a quality fitness experience. Your troubleshooting skills will help resolve any operational issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure timely maintenance of all building assets
- Conduct routine and preventive maintenance inspections
- Assist in troubleshooting operational outages
- Serve as the liaison for external maintenance contractors
- Follow health and safety protocols diligently
- Certificate as a Class II Building Environmental Systems Operator
- Three years' experience in building maintenance
- Understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Problem-solving skills with a strong focus on safety
- Capacity to interpret blueprints and technical documents
