Join our construction team as a Skilled Carpenter offering $36.00 hourly for a permanent full-time position. Your carpentry expertise will be fundamental to shaping materials and ensuring project success.
With 1 to 2 years of experience in a construction setting, you will read blueprints, prepare material estimates, and manage in office work. Your role includes supervising a small team while fitting and installing doors, windows, and other fixtures to meet building codes and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Measure and assemble wooden structures
- Read blueprints and layout plans accurately
- Ensure all work meets compliance standards
- Supervise a team of skilled workers
- Maintain and renovate diverse structural environments
- Completion of high school education
- 1-2 years relevant carpentry experience
- Knowledgeable in building codes and materials
- Ability to manage tasks and coordinate work
- Valid work authorization in Canada
