Trades ​/ Skilled Labor Technician, HVAC Tech ​/ Heating Engineer

Based out of our Terrace, BC Service Center and work in the field with local travel daily in your company vehicle.

Perform preventive maintenance and repairs of power generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution equipment.

Perform preventive maintenance and repairs of HVAC systems including chillers, air conditioners, boilers and heaters.

Troubleshoot equipment failures on site and handle the repairs.

Work alone or teamed up with another technician(s) to set up and operate equipment at the shop.

• High School diploma / GED
• Journeyman HET (off‑Road), HVAC or Industrial Electrician
• 4+ years of experience working on Cummins, Volvo, or Jenbacher diesel or natural gas‑powered generators and compressors—performing inspections, maintenance and repairs
• 4+ years of experience working on commercial HVAC equipment—performing inspections, maintenance and repairs
• Experience calculating nominal and effective tonnage and/or kW requirements, and reading and understanding schematics
• Valid driver’s license and passport
• Ability to move or lift objects typically less than 50lbs.
