About Us

Dynamic Heating & Air Conditioning began in 2001 with just two service trucks and a goal to separate themselves from the competition. The plan was a simple one – work hard and assemble a great team. That team, consisting of experienced field technicians, dedicated customer service representatives and detail-oriented supervisors, has now grown to 41 people.

We are looking for a reliable and skilled HVAC Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience installing, maintaining, and repairing residential and/or commercial HVAC systems. Experience with boilers and air handling equipment is considered a strong asset.

• HVAC Technician certification or equivalent trade qualification
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Experience with furnaces, air conditioners, rooftop units, and ventilation systems
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Boiler installation and service experience is an asset
• Gas fitting certification is considered an asset
