Position: Service Technician for Windows & Doors
Join Cornerstone Building Brands as a Service Technician, focusing on warranty-related service work for North Star Windows and Doors. Ideal candidates will travel occasionally while delivering high-quality service.

In this role at North Star Windows & Doors, you will complete warranty service installations under the guidance of the Service Operations Manager. We seek an experienced technician with a minimum of two years in window and door service, strong reading skills, and the ability to manage independent tasks. Your expertise in home construction technology will ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete assigned warranty service work on windows and doors

• Travel occasionally, including overnight trips, as required

• Accurately document service details following industry standards

• Communicate positively with customers, representing North Star professionally

• Work independently and manage pressure while meeting deadlines

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in servicing windows and doors

• Valid Class G driver’s license required

• Strong record of attendance and punctuality

• Knowledge of North Star products is an asset

• Flexible working hours and safety-conscious approach
