As part of Redpath, you will directly oversee both surface and underground mechanical operations. Your role includes the hands‑on management of equipment maintenance and the coordination of personnel to achieve production goals. You will also enforce strict adherence to health and safety protocols throughout the operation.

• Oversee mechanical maintenance teams and tasks
• Ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards
• Collaborate with project management for efficiency
• Implement effective materials management practices
• Conduct inspections to maintain operational integrity

• Journeyman Certificate (421A) preferred
• At least 7 years in Heavy‑Duty Technician roles
• 5+ years within the mining sector
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory capacity
• Valid driver’s license and General Explosives Permit
