This Concrete Finisher position requires 3-5 years in dry concrete finishing and knowledge of construction techniques and safety practices. You will be working on projects that involve high-tolerance finishing and must be skilled in using the proper tools and equipment. Contributing to quality control and mentoring apprentices under your guidance is essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities- Execute concrete forms per project specifications
- Conduct dry finishing, grinding, and chipping
- Apply and mix grout for projects
- Waterproof, cut, and core as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- 3-5 years of concrete finishing experience
- Knowledge of grout mixes for color matching
- Fit tested in respiratory protection
- Experience with secure tool operation
- Valid WHMIS and safety certifications required
