Candidates must possess a minimum of five years of plumbing experience, including two years in a supervisory role. A Manitoba Journeyman Certificate is essential, along with strong analytical and communication skills. This role focuses on all phases of plumbing from installation to maintenance and project documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage plumbing installation and servicing tasks

• Develop preventative maintenance procedures

• Review and interpret technical documents and specifications

• Document all work and ensure quality standards are met

• Maintain knowledge of current codes and CSA standards

Requirements:

• Minimum five years of relevant plumbing experience

• At least two years in a lead hand role

• Manitoba Journeyman Plumbing Certificate required
