Apprentice Electrician; Level 1 & 2

We are seeking a motivated Apprentice Electrician to join our team and gain hands‑on experience in the field of electrical within residential and commercial settings. This entry‑level position offers the opportunity to develop essential skills under the guidance of experienced electricians, contributing to various electrical projects. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, reliable, and interested in building a career in the electrical trade with the opportunity to work their way up throughout the years to leadership roles.

• Assist licensed electricians with renovations, new builds, upgrades, troubleshooting and more
• Use hand tools and power tools safely to perform wiring, conduit bending, and other electrical tasks
• Help with the setup and organization of job sites
• Learn to troubleshoot electrical issues using established procedures under supervision
• Subject to physically demanding work, confined spaces and heights

• Basic knowledge of electrical systems and construction processes is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, schematics, blueprint reading, and low voltage/data systems is a plus
• Must have basic personal hand and power tools to use on the job (drills, screwdrivers, pliers, etc.). A list will be provided of what employee is expected to have
• Prior experience in construction electrician work or related fields is advantageous but not mandatory
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Physical ability to perform manual tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Must be at least 18 years old and willing to participate in on‑the‑job training
• Must have a driver’s license and personal vehicle to get to job sites; opportunity for a work vehicle once fully licensed
