Position: Full Time General Carpenter at TTC

In this full time role, you will perform a range of carpentry tasks that emphasize your expertise in constructing and repairing wood structures. Your responsibilities will include executing complex carpentry duties and ensuring compliance with safety standards while honoring the Ontario Human Rights Code in accommodating diverse client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute complex carpentry and cabinet making duties

• Repair and maintain woodwork structures effectively

• Fabricate wooden components from detailed plans

• Ensure respect for diverse client needs and backgrounds

• Comply with safety and operational standards in all tasks

Requirements:

• Certificate of Qualification as a General Carpenter (403-A)

• Completed apprenticeship training in carpentry

• Valid Province of Ontario class 'G' driver's license

• Strong comprehension of carpentry instructions

• Knowledge of disability accommodation laws and practices
