Position: Experienced Framer-Carpenter for On-Site Work

This position requires 1-2 years of carpentry experience and a secondary school graduation certificate. You will be responsible for preparing layouts, measuring and cutting materials, and instilling proper building codes. You will also instruct apprentices and handle maintenance tasks for residential and industrial structures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare estimates of labor and material costs

• Measure, cut, and assemble materials per building codes

• Build foundations and erect walls and roof systems

• Fit and install various structures, including windows and doors

• Instruct and guide apprentices in carpentry tasks

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of carpentry experience
