Take on a rewarding role as a Fire Alarm Technician with Viking. We seek a dedicated technician experienced in fire alarm services and inspections.
The ideal candidate will have a diploma in Fire Protection Technology and substantial experience—at least four years—in fire alarm system service and inspection. Valid CFAA certification and experience with Notifier panels are advantageous. We value strong customer service skills and the ability to work independently in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct inspections and servicing of fire alarm systems
• Program fire alarm panels when required
• Offer excellent customer service actively
• Ensure compliance with all safety guidelines
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients
Requirements:
• Diploma in Fire Protection Technology/Technologist
• Four years of hands-on experience
• Valid CFAA certification is a plus
• Strong customer service orientation
• Valid driver’s license necessary for job duties
