Join Sask Energy's mission by becoming an Equipment Operator responsible for maintaining and operating essential machinery in natural gas systems. This role emphasizes hands‑on technical skills in a supportive work environment.
As an Equipment Operator at Sask Energy, you will utilize trucks and heavy construction equipment while executing various installation and repair duties. Candidates must possess a valid Class1A driver’s license and have two years of relevant experience. Safety adherence and teamwork are key components of this role.
Key Responsibilities- Operate boom trucks and trailers for material transport
- Load and unload construction materials and equipment
- Execute maintenance tasks on trucks and construction tools
- Assist in installation and repair of gas distribution networks
- Maintain a clean and secure work environment
- Completion of Grade
12 or equivalent - Current Class1A driver’s license needed
- Minimum two years operating construction machinery
- Must be physically fit for job duties
- Adhere to safety regulations and policies
