Position: STERIS Equipment Service Technician Position

In this position, you’ll be the face of STERIS, responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting complex mechanical systems. Your background in HVAC, industrial equipment repair, and technical support is crucial as you ensure customer satisfaction through timely service and effective communication. Develop positive relationships while managing service and calibration tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair standard and special-purpose equipment

• Maintain proactive customer communication regarding service calls

• Conduct preventive maintenance on STERIS product lines

• Establish rapport with both customers and internal teams

• Recommend STERIS products based on identified needs

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED plus 2+ years technical experience

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Flexibility to accommodate travel for training

• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Ability to work independently in diverse settings
