Southern Ontario Plumbing Foreman Position

Velocity is searching for a Plumbing Foreman to manage construction projects across Southern Ontario. If you have leadership and extensive plumbing expertise, this role is designed for you.

This full-time position involves directing a team of plumbers and apprentices, ensuring all projects adhere to specifications and strict building codes. The successful candidate will possess Red Seal certification and several years of valuable plumbing experience. Excellent communication and supervisory skills are essential for leading your team and working with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and coordinate plumbing crew activities

• Provide mentorship to apprentices and journey persons

• Oversee compliance with project and building codes

• Resolve technical problems encountered during construction

• Ensure all tools and equipment are well-maintained

Requirements:

• Reside and work in Southern Ontario

• Red Seal (306A) certification necessary

• Several years of construction industry experience

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities

• Certified in safety training like Working at Heights
