In this integral role, you will leverage your roofing knowledge to guarantee installations meet SOPREMA’s high-quality standards. Provide technical support during client interactions, prepare site visit documentation, and assist in internal training initiatives. Your capability to troubleshoot application issues will be vital to team success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical advice on roofing systems at diverse sites
• Train clients on product installation and usage
• Evaluate roofing installations thoroughly
• Prepare site reports and documentation management
• Address and troubleshoot technical application issues
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience in roofing installation
• Clean driving abstract and valid driver’s license
• Proficiency in advanced English communication
• Understanding of commercial insulation and roof assemblies
• Skills in Salesforce and Microsoft Office applications
