We are looking to hire two experienced Lead Carpenters to assist our Construction Manager. This position offers a pathway to leadership and requires a comprehensive understanding of residential renovation processes. Candidates must have over 10 years of experience and be adept in various carpentry tasks and site safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform framing, finishing, and installation efficiently

• Ensure adherence to site safety regulations

• Communicate effectively and follow site instructions

• Read and understand drawings and project requirements

• Assist in managing subcontractors for electrical and plumbing tasks

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in residential renovation or new builds

• Red Seal Carpentry Ticket (or ability to challenge)

• Valid BC Driver’s License and reliable vehicle

• Must own personal tools and PPE

• Strong communication skills in English
