Position: Beekeeper Role at Wonderful Company

As a Beekeeper, you will take complete responsibility for hive management and educate local beekeepers on best practices. This position requires establishing model farms, tracking colony growth, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Your expertise will contribute to expanding agricultural investment in Fiji while fostering positive community relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize expert advice to implement effective beekeeping methods

• Monitor colonies and ensure bee health through inspections

• Deliver training sessions for local beekeepers

• Develop relationships with suppliers for hive needs

• Manage compliance with environmental standards

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years managing a minimum of 20 hives

• Strong financial management capabilities

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and budgeting tools

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• High level of integrity and leadership in beekeeping
