Become a Field Technician with Hepson Equipment and play a vital role in maintaining agricultural machinery performance. Your work will include diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance in both shop and field settings with frequent local travel.
This hands-on position focuses on delivering high-quality service to enhance customer productivity while adhering to safety standards. You will work closely with fellow technicians and parts advisors, mentoring apprentices to ensure a collaborative and knowledgeable team environment. Commitment to professionalism and excellence in customer service is key.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical failures according to standards

• Execute repairs and perform preventive maintenance on machinery

• Provide in-shop and field support during peak seasons

• Follow all safety policies and report hazards accordingly

• Communicate findings and solutions effectively to the customer
Requirements:

• Journeyperson Agricultural/Heavy Equipment Technician preferred

• Relevant servicing experience is preferred

• Skilled in diagnosing hydraulic and electrical systems

• Experience with work orders and inspection documentation

• Must have a valid driver’s license
