Position: Winnipeg Commercial Roofing Technician Needed

As part of Weatherproofing Technologies Canada, you will engage in roofing system installation, inspections, and safety compliance while working collaboratively in a team environment. Candidates must bring two years of relevant experience and be prepared for hands-on work requiring physical stamina. Flexibility to travel for projects and strong communication skills are essential for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install a variety of roofing systems under foreman’s guidance

• Carry out quality audits and maintenance checks

• Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations

• Document inspections and communicate needs effectively

• Use tools and equipment following company policy

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of commercial roofing experience

• Ability to work at heights and lift up to 50 lbs

• Willing to travel 25%-35% and work flexible hours

• Strong teamwork and communication abilities

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transport needed
